Seacare Foundation Pte Ltd was incorporated on 1st November 1999 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Seacare Co-operative Limited (Seacare). The Seacare Group¡¦s present and future business activities relating to Singapore seamen and other seafarers come within the ambit of Seacare Foundation. It also serves to enable the Singapore Organisation of Seamen, the Founder Member of Seacare to fulfill its obligations to its members, who are also the members of Seacare.
